Health Insurance

T.E.A.M Clinic is committed to providing our patients with the highest level of quality health care. We are also concerned with keeping our services affordable. Our fees reflect “local average” charges per procedure, according to annual reports provided by the Physician Free Analyzer. T.E.A.M Clinic accepts most insurance plans. After your coverage has been confirmed, we will bill your insurance carrier directly for you. T.E.A.M Clinic accepts:

• General group health insurance and PPO 
• Automobile insurance (Medical Pay Coverage) 
• Workers’ Compensation claims

*T.E.A.M Clinic chooses not to participate in HMO, Medicare or MediCal programs.

We do not want payment to stand in the way of you receiving care at T.E.A.M Clinic. If you have a special financial situation or don’t have health insurance, please talk with the office manager. In many cases, we can arrange a plan that suits both your financial and health needs. For payments, including co-payments, we accept:
