A dancer and soccer player from a young age, Caitlin Steiding knew that her passion would lead to a career in sports medicine and she is thrilled to be a part of T.E.A.M. CLINIC. Her first day in the athletic training program at Santa Rosa Junior College was a hands-on experience that further fueled her desire to work in the field. Caitlin has a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from San Jose State University, where she gained experience with prehab and rehab programs, supervising games, and preventative care at various sports facilities, including Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, Irvington High School, and Foothill College. Caitlin has been mentored by various ATC’s in all sports, focusing on football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, tennis and basketball. Caitlin is a proud member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. As an ATC, she is passionate about helping people be their best and most healthy selves. She works hands on with the patients and athletes that visit the clinic and ensures that they receive the best care possible.
